Taking the First Step

Can I let you in on something?

This week on the Living in the Faith Frequency podcast, LoriAnn and I had one of those conversations that started with a simple goal and turned into a much bigger lesson about life.

I challenged myself to release a few pounds before an upcoming retreat, but what surprised me wasn't the number on the scale. It was the shift that happened in my mind.

I realized that transformation doesn't begin with willpower. It begins with a decision. A decision to trust yourself. A decision to stop negotiating with the excuses. A decision to simply take the first step.

Sometimes we make change feel so big that we never even begin. But what if your only job today was to get to the first "water station" instead of worrying about the entire marathon?

In this episode, we talk about:

  • How success leaves clues and why following a proven plan matters.
  • The surprising connection between discipline and self trust.
  • How making your goals smaller actually helps you accomplish more.
  • The power of accountability and having people who believe in you.

If you've been wanting to change something in your life, your health, your mindset, your relationships, or your habits, I think this conversation will encourage you.

You don't have to become a different person overnight.

You just have to get started.

🎙️ Tune in to this week's episode of the Living in the Faith Frequency podcast, and when you've listened, I'd love to hear from you.

What is one small promise you're making to yourself today?

I'm cheering you on every step of the way.
