Transform Your Triggers

You know those weeks that feel like you've lived a lifetime?

This was one of those weeks for me.

There were beautiful moments with my family celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. There were unexpected triggers that reminded me old stories still have a way of showing up. There were conversations that brought more connection, more understanding, and more compassion.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, I saw a billboard that simply said: "Giggle. Life is silly."

I laughed. Because sometimes that's exactly the reminder we need.

We can become so serious about life that we forget to look for the treasures that are all around us. We get caught in our thoughts, create stories that aren't true, and lose touch with the peace that's available in the present moment.

This is why I love this week's podcast episode with LoriAnn so much…

We talk about what it actually looks like to live in the Faith Frequency when life isn't perfect. How to recognize when you're operating from your head instead of your heart, and how to move through difficult emotions without getting stuck in them.

One of my favorite reminders from this conversation is this: Everything is figureoutable. Everything always works out. There's plenty of time.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause, breathe, and trust ourselves enough to find our way back to alignment.

I hope this conversation encourages you the way it encouraged me.

Tune into this week's episode of Living in the Faith Frequency, and if it speaks to you, I'd love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who could use a little more ease, joy, and faith this week.
