When Life Changes, Courage Calls

The conversation on this week's podcast was one that surprised me.

LoriAnn asked me a simple question: "What has taken more of you than you ever expected?"

Without hesitation, my answer was... courage.

I didn't realize how much courage it would take to step back into a life that Jon and I built together.

To travel.
To network.
To dream again.
To walk into rooms by myself.
To feel the waves of grief when they show up unexpectedly and still choose to keep living fully.

And over the past few years, I've learned something important.

Courage isn't the absence of fear or sadness.

It's the willingness to feel it... and keep taking the next step anyway.

Here's a sneak peek at what we shared in the episode:

  • Why courage often looks quiet instead of dramatic
  • What grief has taught me about continuing to dream
  • The advice Jon gave me before he passed that still guides me every day
  • Why feeling your emotions actually takes incredible strength
  • How listening to the guidance within can help you navigate any season of life
  • A beautiful quote that has been hanging on my wall for years and continues to shape how I live

So if you've been walking through change…
Rebuilding after loss…
Trying to trust yourself again...

Or if you simply need a reminder that you are stronger than you think...

I believe this conversation will encourage you.
