Everything is Figureoutable
This past weekend, I met a woman at a bar who was being incredibly hard on herself.
She told me she felt like she had ruined her life.
That she did not have it together.
And honestly… I think a lot of people feel that way sometimes.
Like they should be happier by now.
More healed. Further along in life.
But one thing I know for sure is this: It is never too late to shift the story and feel alive again.
That became one of the biggest topics LoriAnn and I discussed on this week’s episode of Living in the Faith Frequency.
We talked about grief.
Perspective.
Self-judgment.
Joy.
And how to stop treating yourself like a problem that needs fixed.
One of my favorite moments in the episode was when we talked about “letting the yeses linger longer.”
Instead of immediately shutting down the things that light you up with fear, logistics, or doubt…
What if you just allowed yourself to feel excited for a minute?
What if that excitement is actually trying to guide you somewhere?
Inside this episode, we talk about:
- Why people heal faster when they feel seen instead of judged
- The connection between joy, movement, music, and emotional healing
- Why changing your energy when you feel stuck
- How trying something new can reconnect you to yourself
So… If you have been hard on yourself lately…
If life has changed and you are still finding your footing…
Or if you simply need a reminder that things can and WILL get better…
I think this episode will really speak to you.
