Stop the Spiraling Mind
Have you ever noticed how one tiny trigger can completely shift your mood… even after a beautiful weekend, a great conversation, or a meaningful experience?
That happened to me recently.
And honestly, it became one of the most important reminders about what Living in the Faith Frequency is really about.
Not being perfectly positive all the time.
Not pretending you don’t have human emotions.
It’s about recognizing when you are out of alignment and learning how to gently guide yourself back.
This is the core of what LoriAnn and I discussed in this week’s episode of our podcast, Living in the Faith Frequency.
We talked about the stories our minds create.
How quickly fear and insecurity can take over.
How important it is to care about how we feel.
And how to support ourselves instead of judging when we are struggling.
One of my favorite reminders from this conversation was this…
Living in the Faith Frequency is not about never getting knocked off center.
It is about remembering how to return to yourself.
And sometimes that return starts with a walk.
A prayer.
A nap.
A conversation.
A sign.
A willingness to feel better.
If you have been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, discouraged, or disconnected from yourself lately, I truly believe this episode will support you.
And if this message resonates with you, I would love for you to share the episode with someone who may need the reminder that they are not alone. ❤️
