Dreams Don't Die

Have you ever had a dream in your heart that just would not leave you alone?

Even after loss.
Even after change.
Even after life completely shifted.

Lately, I have been revisiting conversations that Jon and I recorded during his brain cancer journey, and one message keeps coming through over and over again:

Your dreams do not go away.

In this week’s episode of Living in the Faith Frequency, we had one of the most heartfelt conversations we’ve shared yet about grief, dreams, divine guidance, and learning to trust yourself through every season of life.

We talked about what it means to keep showing up for yourself even when life looks completely different than you imagined.

And honestly… our conversation was deeply healing.

Here’s a few things we discussed:

• What grief has taught me about purpose, guidance, and staying connected to joy
• Why vulnerability creates healing and allows support to enter your life
• The importance of continuing to show up for yourself, even on hard days
• How to recognize signs, nudges, and the presence of the people we love

One of the biggest reminders from this episode is this: You do not have to have everything figured out to move forward.

You simply keep showing up.
You keep listening.
You keep dreaming.
You keep trusting what lights you up from the inside.

Because if it is in your heart, there is a reason.

And maybe today is your reminder not to abandon the dream that still feels alive within you.
