The Magic of Decluttering

This week on the Living in the Faith Frequency podcast, we talk about how clearing out the clutter led to unexpected shifts in perspective.

It started with cleaning out my closet.

I had a friend come over because I do not like making decisions about little things. Big life decisions? Yes. Divine guidance? Absolutely. But hangers, boots, and shirts in multiple colors? That tends drain me.

Three huge trash bags later, I felt lighter.

The next day another friend helped me tackle my bathroom closet. Two more bags gone. But what I did not expect was what else would clear...

Recently, I had a bilateral hernia surgery that forced me to slow down and soften. During that physical healing, something deeper began healing too.

Layers of shame.
Old stories.
Past sexual trauma I wrote about in my Blameless book.

For the first time, I talked about parts of my story without an emotional charge. No guilt. No shame. No blame. Just compassion, perspective and freedom.

That is what this episode is really about. And I believe someone needs to hear it.

If you have ever felt like certain parts of your past would always stay with you…
If you have ever carried shame you did not know how to release…
If you have been craving more freedom in your life…

This episode is for you.

Healing does not always come from trying to fix something. Sometimes it comes from creating space, showing love, and letting go of your resistance.
